CREATIVE KARAT

“Artwork as Pure as Gold” Creative Karat represents a collective of artists producing and selling Fine Art. The mission consists in building funds for a Creative Arts Foundation providing a range of therapeutic programs for all ages.

Professional competence and integrity

1.1 Artists of Creative Karat maintain high standards of professional competence and integrity.
1.2 Through educational activities and experience, artists do their best to keep informed and up-dated with regard to developments in their medium of focus or which relate to their process.
1.3 Artists of Creative Karat only create works in which they are competent as determined by their inspiration, practice, and experience.
1.4 Artists of Creative Karat do not knowingly provide professional services to a person who has ulterior motives, only by agreement from the client to maintain a professional relationship until completion of the work project and termination of the professional relationship.
1.5 Artists, because of their ability to bring cognitive visions into physical existence for others and potential to influence or alter perceptions of others, exercise special care when designing ideas.
1.6 If involved with Dead Ghandi, an avant-garde movement artists’ identities may choose to remain anonymous.

Acceptance and financial arrangements
2.1 Artists of Creative Karat should sign and issue a written professional contract with each client upon establishment of a professional relationship. Such contracts should include, but need not be limited to, the following information: projected project idea, materials, fee structure, payment schedule, work scheduling arrangements, the artists’ name(s), telephone numbers and address of work site.
2.2 Artists of Creative Karat do not exploit clients financially.
2.3 Artists of Creative Karat disclose their fees at the commencement of services and give reasonable notice of any changes in fees.
2.4 Artists of Creative Karat represent facts truthfully to clients regarding services rendered and the charges therefore.
